Reserve my place!In this inspirational lecture on self-cleansing destiny shaping, I will talk about the need and the way to let go of bad habits and useless habits. I will talk about how to achieve inner-external harmony by cleansing your thoughts.
It will not just be about the power of consciousness. We’ll go through the methods of expelling negative mind energies. We can get rid of distracting thoughts and outdated habits. Special focus will be given to explaining the process of letting go, the obstacles to letting go and techniques to overcome them.
And for the future, we will learn self-defence methods by observing the no-drinking rule. Finally, we clarify our relationship to contentment, gratitude and inner peace. All these are essential conditions for happiness.
Breathing is an imperceptible part of our everyday lives: because it is automatic, no one teaches you to breathe. Yet the purification we need every day requires conscious and systematic breathing.
We don’t necessarily realise how much depends on it, how many problems it can be the source of if done wrong, and how much good it can do for our body and soul if done right. Mindful, focused breathing helps calm the mind and recharge the body.
Prana or chi is the life force that moves with our breath. Invisible and powerful forces weave them together. He who controls his breath controls his life energy. And for those who control their life energy, shaping destiny is not a dream or a mystical and rare ability, but an everyday skill.
During the meditation phase of the session, we float through a purifying and creative imagination, while sending messages to the innermost core of our consciousness.
We strengthen the perception of our natural, original inner purity. We awaken our capacity to create harmony. We experience our sense of oneness with the world.
Meditation itself is not some strange or alien practice that requires us to change our views, renounce our culture or retreat to the Himalayas. Meditation is not a religion or a fad – it is a practical, scientific method to help us know ourselves fully. There are many types of meditation, and what they all have in common is that they develop individual, creative consciousness, a sense of oneness, and bring us closer to our innermost selves.
